"Let's wait". Luis Enrique has spoken out on Mbappe's future
PSG head coach Luis Enrique shared his opinion on the future of his star player, Kylian Mbappé, after the victory over Barcelona (4-1) in the UEFA Champions League quarter-final second leg.
"Let’s wait for mr Kylian to speak about his future. When Mbappé and PSG will speak in public, we will see. It’s like a process. Until Mbappé goes and speaks in public, I’m just here waiting and staying silent”, said Enrique.
It was previously reported that Mbappé had agreed to all terms of a contract with Real Madrid. His contract with PSG expires in June, and the forward will leave the club as a free agent.
In the match against Barcelona, Mbappé scored a brace. He has now scored a total of 6 goals against the Catalan club throughout his career.
In the current season, Mbappé has scored 41 goals and provided 9 assists in 42 matches.
