Legend. Kane will play his 100th match for the England national team
Today, the England national team will play their second match in the current edition of the UEFA Nations League against Finland, and this game will be particularly special for a legend of the "Three Lions."
Details: Bayern Munich striker Harry Kane will make his 100th appearance for the England national team. Although Lee Carsley has yet to announce the starting lineup, the official England account on X posted a photo of Kane's jersey with "100th cap" inscribed on it.
This will be England's second game following the dismissal of Gareth Southgate. In their first Nations League match, England defeated Ireland 2-0.
Reminder: Kane is the all-time top scorer for the England national team. In his 99 previous appearances, he has netted 66 goals, surpassing the second-highest scorer in history, Wayne Rooney, who has 53 goals.
