Lazio may change their head coach at the end of this season, as they are already considering alternative options.

According to Il Corriere dello Sport, the leadership of the "Eagles" is interested in the candidacy of the head coach of the Argentine national team, Lionel Scaloni. It is known that the current contract of the 45-year-old coach with the Argentine national team expires at the end of 2026. Scaloni led the national team to victory in the Copa America 2021, the 2022 World Cup, and the 2022 Finalissima.

In addition to Scaloni, Lazio is interested in Croatian specialist Igor Tudor, the coach of Genoa, where Ukrainian Ruslan Malinovskyi plays, Alberto Gilardino, the coach of Monza Raffaele Palladino, and Porto's Sergio Conceicao.

It is worth noting that Lazio's head coach Maurizio Sarri will leave the team after the current season, regardless of the team's results in the final matches of Serie A. Sarri's contract with the Roman club is valid until the summer of 2025, but the coach and the club will terminate the contract by mutual agreement.
