Barcelona President Joan Laporta has revealed whether the Catalan club will be selling players this coming summer.

According to the official, the Blaugrana do not plan to sell key players and aim to maintain a strong squad.

"We don't want to sell any big player. If everything goes as planned and meets our goals, we won't have to sell any players. Of course, if someone wants to leave, we won't stop them; but I'm not worried about it at all, we want to keep our strongest squad," Laporta was quoted by Fabrizio Romano.

Earlier, the Barcelona president discussed the possibility of Manchester City forward Erling Haaland moving to the Catalan capital.

Barcelona currently occupies the second position in the La Liga standings, trailing Real Madrid by eight points. Additionally, under Xavi's management, the team has reached the quarter-finals of the UEFA Champions League, where they will face Paris Saint-Germain.
