Lamine Yamal reacts emotionally to Barcelona's La Liga title win

Barcelona's rising star Lamine Yamal is absolutely ecstatic after his team clinched the league championship. Overwhelmed by the triumph, he took to his Instagram page to share his emotions.

The Spaniard posted photos from the title-deciding match against Espanyol, captioning them with the passionate phrase, “Born for this.”

It's worth noting that Yamal was the standout hero in the clash with Espanyol—he was involved in both of Barcelona’s goals. He scored a stunning long-range strike himself and then set up Fermín López for the second.

As a reminder, yesterday Barcelona defeated their city rivals Espanyol 2-0, making themselves unreachable for Real Madrid. With two rounds left, they hold a commanding seven-point lead over their fiercest rivals.

Thus, under new manager Hansi Flick, the Catalans have swept all domestic trophies this season: they beat Madrid in the Spanish Super Cup in winter, and just a month ago they toppled Real Madrid once again in the Copa del Rey final.

The only setback for Barcelona came in the Champions League, where they fell to Inter Milan in a thrilling, dramatic semifinal.
