La Liga has named Valverde as the best coach of September

Today marks the first day of October, and La Liga has already named the best coach for the month of September.

Details: The award has gone to Athletic Bilbao's head coach, Ernesto Valverde.

In the voting, Valverde surpassed Real Madrid's Carlo Ancelotti and Barcelona's Hansi Flick.

In September, Athletic Bilbao won 3 out of 4 matches, while also drawing 1-1 against Sevilla.
