Today marks the first day of October, and La Liga has already named the best coach for the month of September.
Details: The award has gone to Athletic Bilbao's head coach, Ernesto Valverde.
In the voting, Valverde surpassed Real Madrid's Carlo Ancelotti and Barcelona's Hansi Flick.
In September, Athletic Bilbao won 3 out of 4 matches, while also drawing 1-1 against Sevilla.
Reminder: In August, the La Liga Coach of the Month award went to Hansi Flick.
On Thursday, November 3, in the second round of the Europa League, Athletic Bilbao will face AZ Alkmaar.
