KV Kortrijk coach Michiel Jonckheere rebukes South African Shandre Campell's decision making in matches
Shandre Campbells has been rebuked by his KV Kortrijk coach Michiel Jonckheere for his inability to make use of his technical ability in a ositive way.
The coach was critical of the former SuperSport United and Club Brugge midfielder after the team's 3-0 to Royal Antwerp.
"Shandre has a powerful left foot; I have seen few players with such a shooting technique. He can tap the ball in perfectly from ten or fifteen meters from the goal," said Jonckheere, as per Nieuwsblad.
"But Shandre needs to learn to pace himself and make better choices. He is creative, but he shouldn't overdo it and must maintain his composure. We need to talk about this, because it frustrates others as well. He needs to learn to understand this."
Campbell joined The Guys in the off-season after an average spell at Belgian giants Club Brugge.
