Kroos' replacement. Perez wants to sign Chelsea's Enzo Fernandez

Toni Kroos decided to retire from professional football at the end of last season, and Real Madrid is searching for a replacement for the German midfielder.

Details: According to Fichajes, Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has set his sights on Chelsea midfielder Enzo Fernandez, considering the Argentine as the ideal replacement for Kroos. Real Madrid is willing to pay 100 million euros for Fernandez.

However, Madrid needs to free up space in the squad. One possible option for departure is Aurélien Tchouaméni, who could either be sold or included in a swap deal for Enzo Fernandez.

The Argentine midfielder has made 11 appearances for Chelsea in all competitions this season, registering just one assist.

Reminder: Recently, it was reported that Real Madrid president Florentino Perez instructed the team’s sporting management to begin negotiations with Bayer Leverkusen’s head coach Xabi Alonso.
