Klopp commented on his appointment as head of football at Red Bull

This morning, it was announced that legendary German manager Jürgen Klopp is returning to football, but this time not as a coach, but as the head of football operations at Red Bull. Later in the day, the news was made official, and Klopp shared his thoughts on the decision.
Details: Klopp expressed his excitement about the opportunity to develop footballing talent within the Red Bull system.
"After nearly 25 years of coaching, I couldn't be more thrilled to take part in such a project. My role may have changed, but my passion for football and the people who make the game what it is has not.
Joining Red Bull on a global level, I want to nurture, refine, and support the incredible footballing talent we have at our disposal.
We can achieve this in many ways—by utilizing the elite knowledge and experience Red Bull possesses, learning from other sports and industries. Together, we can unlock what’s possible.
I see my role primarily as a mentor for the coaches and management of the Red Bull clubs, but ultimately, I’m part of an organization that is unique, innovative, and forward-thinking", Klopp said, as quoted by RB Leipzig's official website.
The Red Bull football network includes clubs such as Red Bull Salzburg, RB Leipzig, RB Bragantino, New York Red Bulls, and Austrian second-division club Liefering.
It’s worth noting that the current head coach of Red Bull Salzburg is Klopp's former assistant, Pep Lijnders.
Reminder: Klopp left Liverpool at the end of the last season, having been with the club since 2015. Yesterday marked the anniversary of Klopp's arrival at Anfield.
