Manchester City traveled to Brighton for a rescheduled match of the 29th round of the English Premier League.

The "Cityzens" took the lead in the 17th minute. Kevin De Bruyne headed in a cross from Kyle Walker.

Interestingly, this goal marked the first headed goal for the star Belgian in his entire Premier League career. Overall, he has scored 68 goals in 255 Premier League matches.

The 32-year-old De Bruyne has been playing for Manchester City since 2015. Before that, the Belgian played for Chelsea. In the current season, the midfielder has scored 6 goals and provided 14 assists in 20 matches across all competitions.

Manchester City approached the match with Brighton in third position in the APL table with 73 points from 32 games.
