Nigerian striker Kelechi Iheanacho could be on the move again, with both Serie A’s AC Monza and English Championship side Middlesbrough reportedly keen on signing him before the transfer deadline.
According to Fichajes, AC Monza, currently bottom of Serie A, are in talks with Sevilla to bring in the 28-year-old forward in an attempt to bolster their attack and avoid relegation. Since joining Sevilla from Leicester City last summer, Iheanacho has struggled, making just nine La Liga appearances without scoring.
Meanwhile, Middlesbrough have also entered discussions to sign Iheanacho on loan alongside Samuel Iling-Junior from Juventus. The club is preparing for the potential departure of Emmanuel Latte Lath, who is close to joining Atlanta United in a £22m deal.
Iheanacho has to make a big decision about his next move because the transfer window is about to close.
