Bayern Munich winger Kingsley Coman has missed out on a championship title for the first time since 2012.

Coman had consistently won league titles starting from the 2012/13 season when he clinched the title with PSG. The following year, PSG successfully defended their title. Coman then moved to Juventus, where he became an Italian champion for two consecutive years.

From the 2016/17 season onwards, the French winger won seven Bundesliga titles with Bayern Munich. However, in 2024, the title of the best team in the country was taken from Bayern by Bayer Leverkusen, who became German champions for the first time in their history.

In the current season, Coman played 27 matches in all competitions, scoring 5 goals and providing 3 assists. Currently, the footballer is recovering from an injury sustained during the match against Cologne on Saturday.

While Bayern had a disappointing season in the Bundesliga, they continue to compete in the Champions League. On Wednesday, April 17, Thomas Tuchel's team will play the second leg of the quarterfinal against Arsenal in Munich. The first leg between the teams ended in a 2-2 draw.
