Kaizer Chiefs suffered a 2-1 defeat to Spanish side Elche this evening in their last pre-season match in Europe.
Amakhosi drew their first two matches against, Glasgow Rangers and Al Khalood, with both matches ending 1-1 draws.
Today's game was against local side Elche and Chiefs could not end it in joy as they lost the game 2-1 with winger, Asanele Velebayi, scoring the team's only goal.
Now Chiefs under new gaffer Fernando da Cruz have one last off-season friendly game next week against Zimbabwean side Scottland FC to polish their play ahead of the new season.
The game in Rustenburg will prove how much ready are they for the season ahead which starts in two weeks time.
