Kaizer Chiefs interested in bringing Manqoba Mngqithi to assist new coach Fernando da Cruz
Mngqithi is a free agent after leaving Golden Arrows last week
Manqoba Mngqithi's name has popped up at Kaizer Chiefs.
The former Golden Arrows coach is seen as a possible assistant coach to newly-appointed Fernando da Cruz as the club missed out on bringing back Arthur Zwane.
Zwane recently extended his stay with AmaZulu which puts him out of a possible return at Chiefs.
Few names have been mentioned as also development coach Dillon Sheppard has been among candidates considered to assist da Cruz at Amakhosi.
Mngqithi has been identified as a an experienced gaffer as the former Arrows man has been with Mamelodi Sundowns before where he was exposed to continental football.
And that's something Chiefs are looking at bringing with him to the club.
