There are times when moving to another league it can be difficult for players, even young ones, to adapt and they want to leave. And one Juventus player is no exception.

According to Alfredo Pedulla, 24-year-old Bianconeri defender Thiago Djalo has asked the club to put him up for transfer. No other details are given by the insider.

Since moving to Turin, the Portuguese defender has only played in one match, and that was for 16 minutes. It was the game of the last round of Serie A against Monza. Juventus are saved from a possible transfer failure by the fact that the purchase of Djalo from French Lille cost the club 3.6 million euros.

The 24-year-old defender has found it difficult to get in shape, as when he joined the Bianconeri he had not played since March 2023. So, those 16 minutes against Monza were Djalo's first game time in over a year.
