Junior Tchamadeu has made his return to competition
He played his first minutes against Swansea
The Cameroonian international had been sidelined due to an injury he sustained at the Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco.
On Saturday 7 March, the Cameroonian defender made his return to the pitch. Junior Tchamadeu came on in the 70th minute during his club Stoke City's 2-0 defeat to Swansea in the matchday 36 of the Championship, England's second division.
He played his first game after more than a month without competition. Despite Stoke City's defeat, Tchamadeu put in a solid performance, winning three out of five duels. His return is good news for his English club and the Cameroonian national team, which is preparing for the March 2026 international break.
