It all comes down to tactical nuances.

Details: Ahead of the 2026 World Cup qualifiers, Germany head coach Julian Nagelsmann has come to the defense of his protege Florian Wirtz, who is currently facing a tough period adapting at Liverpool:

"It's hard for Florian to show his best when the coach doesn't know how to use him... Liverpool could also help him by converting some of the chances he creates," said Nagelsmann.

Julian believes that the Reds' manager doesn't quite understand how to unlock Wirtz's full potential and make the most of his talent.

Florian Wirtz joined Liverpool this summer from Bayer for €125 million, but so far has played 16 matches, providing 3 assists without scoring a single goal.

On November 14, Germany will play an away World Cup qualifier against Luxembourg.

Reminder: Crazy money! Liverpool ready to buy Bastoni for €100 million.
