Joshua admitted that a fight against Wilder is still a possibility

Anthony Joshua shared his thoughts on a potential fight against Deontay Wilder, suggesting that it could still happen.
Details: In an interview with DAZN, the British fighter mentioned that he has not ruled out the possibility of a bout with former WBC champion Wilder.
Quote: "The fight can still happen. Why not? I’ve always said it’s not an issue for me. Setting aside the trash talk, it’s just a fight. So yes, I would fight Wilder," said Anthony Joshua.
Reminder: At the end of 2023, a potential match between Anthony Joshua and Deontay Wilder was discussed. However, Wilder first lost to Joseph Parker and then to Zhang Zhilei. The 38-year-old boxer has suffered four defeats in his last five fights.
It’s worth noting that Anthony Joshua and Daniel Dubois will meet this fall to contest the IBF heavyweight championship. However, sparks are already flying ahead of the bout.
It was previously reported that London’s Wembley Stadium could be specially expanded for the Dubois vs. Joshua fight. The organizers aim to set a record.
The fight is scheduled for September 21, with the IBF heavyweight title on the line.
