John Jones proves once again why he is considered one of the greatest MMA fighters of all time, knocking out Stipe Miocic in the third round at UFC 309 to successfully defend his heavyweight title. The fight took place at the iconic Madison Square Garden in New York.

"As for my future in the octagon, I've decided that maybe I won't retire just yet," Jones said after the fight. "We’ll have some talks, there are a few things to discuss, and if everything goes well, we might give you what you want to see."
With this win, Jones extended his record for most victories in title fights to 16 and secured his 22nd UFC victory.
Reminder. The event was attended by several high-profile figures, including former President Donald Trump, tech mogul Elon Musk, and musician Kid Rock — all of whom visited the octagon.
