Jesus' injury woes have spurred Arsenal into decisive action
Since joining Arsenal in the summer of 2022, Arsenal forward Gabriel Jesus has faced constant injury problems. The Brazilian has missed 16 games for the Canaries this season alone due to knee problems and this has prompted the club to take action.
According to the Daily Mail, the London side is concerned about Jesús' injury problems and will be targeting the signing of a new centre forward in the summer transfer window. Ivan Toney, Victor Osimhen, Joshua Zirkzee and Viktor Gyokeres are among the candidates.
In addition to the centre forward, Arsenal will also strengthen the midfielder position in the summer transfer window, as well as the winger position in addition to Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Maritnelli.
This season, Jesús has featured in 23 games for Mikel Arteta's side in all competitions, scoring eight goals and providing five assists.
