Jed Spence could continue his career at a top Italian club!
Tottenham Hotspur defender Jed Spence could be set for a move to Italy’s Serie A. The 26-year-old England international full-back has attracted serious interest from Inter Milan.
Details: According to journalist Ekrem Konur, Inter Milan have stepped up negotiations and surged ahead in the race for the Englishman. The Italian club’s management is preparing a bid of around £30 million (€35 million), seeing Spence as the perfect fit for Cristian Chivu’s wide system. The player himself is leaning towards a change of club in search of regular playing time.
Jed Spence joined Tottenham in the summer of 2022 from Middlesbrough. He already has Serie A experience, having enjoyed a successful loan spell at Genoa. His standout performances for the England national team have significantly boosted his market value, with Everton and several other European clubs also monitoring his progress.
In the 2025/26 season, Spence featured in 44 matches across all competitions for Spurs, though he didn’t register any goals or assists. His current contract runs until the summer of 2029, and Transfermarkt currently values the Englishman at €40 million.
