Japan thump South Africa's Banyana Banyana 5-0 in Osaka
Banyana are preparing for the Wafcon tournament in July
South Africa's senior Women's Banyana Banyana were thumped 5-0 by their Japanese counterparts today.
The friendly international took place in Japan's Osaka city, where Banyana lost by their heaviest defeat since losing to Denmark two years ago by the same score.
Bayana are preparing for this years Women's Africa Cup of Nations in July and the loss today would dampen their spirit ahead of that tournament.
