Oxford has a new head coach.
Details: Today, the official Oxford United page on social network X announced that 35-year-old Welsh specialist Aaron Ramsey has officially become the club’s new head coach.
The terms and details of Ramsey’s contract with Oxford will be revealed a bit later. Previously, Ramsey served as interim head coach of Cardiff from April to July 2025, but left the position after just three matches.
At the end of the 2025/26 season, Oxford United found themselves in the relegation zone and dropped into League One.
