Italian club set to sign ex-Real Madrid and Bayern star

Fiorentina have already made some high-profile transfers in the summer transfer window, such as David De Hea, Moise Keane or Albert Gudmundsson. But Florence do not intend to stop and are ready to lure another star player.

According to the Colombian media, this could be former Real Madrid and Bayern Munich midfielder Jamez Rodriguez, who recently broke his contract with Brazilian side São Paulo. Fiorentina have enquired about the terms of signing the player, counting on him as the main one in the squad.

For Raffaele Paladdino's team, such a star player would be a good boost to the new season, but the Violets will have to withstand competition in the form of Spanish Celta and Rayo Vallecano, as we reported earlier.

But Jamez himself is aiming for a move to the Italian championship, which attracts him very much. And Fiorentina's offer seems tempting for him.
