It looks worrying. Nikola Jokić suffered an injury in the latest game

Denver travelled to Miami for an NBA regular-season game and suffered a defeat there. However, that was not the worst development of the night.

Details: In the final seconds of the second quarter, Denver’s leader Nikola Jokić fell to the court and was unable to continue the game. He sustained an injury to his left knee.

In this game, the Serbian star recorded 22 points, four rebounds and five steals. He finished as the second-highest scorer in the match despite playing less than 26 minutes.

Recently, Jokić became the first player in NBA history to score the most points in a single overtime period — 18. In addition, his total scoring output set an all-time record for an NBA Christmas game.

Reminder: During an NBA regular-season game, a fight broke out between Phoenix Suns center Mark Williams and New Orleans Pelicans guard Jose Alvarado.
