On Saturday, June 1st, Real Madrid triumphed in the UEFA Champions League, defeating Borussia Dortmund 2-0.

The following day, June 2nd, a celebration ceremony took place. According to Diario AS, over half a million Real Madrid fans attended the event.

Recall that the victory was secured by second-half goals from Carvajal and Vinícius, under Ancelotti's guidance.

For their triumph in the final of the premier European club tournament, Real Madrid will receive €20 million from UEFA. In total, Florentino Pérez and his team earned over €85 million throughout the tournament.

Additionally, for four Real Madrid players—Toni Kroos, Luka Modrić, Nacho Fernández, and Dani Carvajal—this victory marked their sixth Champions League title.

Real Madrid's goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois, who played in the final against Borussia Dortmund, achieved an impressive feat. The Belgian shot-stopper did not concede a single goal throughout the 2023/24 campaign.
