It has been revealed which coaches will also leave Manchester City

Pep Guardiola has decided to leave Manchester City at the end of this season, but he will not be the only key figure departing the club this summer.

Details: According to an official statement from Manchester City, Pepijn Lijnders, Kolo Touré, Lorenzo Buenaventura, Manel Estiarte and Xabier Mancisidor will all leave the club following the conclusion of the 2025/26 season.

Quote: “Everyone at City would like to thank all five members of staff for their hard work and dedication, and we wish them every success in the future,” the club said in an official statement.

Meanwhile, 46-year-old Italian coach Enzo Maresca has signed a contract with Manchester City. Reports suggest Maresca’s deal with City runs until 2029, with the club’s hierarchy granting him full authority to shape the team’s transfer strategy.

As a reminder: The 38th round of the Premier League will carry special significance for Manchester City. Their home clash against Aston Villa is expected to become an emotional farewell night, with several key figures set to make their final appearance on the pitch and on the bench in City colours.
