It has been revealed whether Bukayo Saka will play against Manchester City

Arsenal face a hugely important match this weekend — a showdown with Manchester City — and it is now known whether one of the Gunners’ key players will be available.

Details: As confirmed by head coach Mikel Arteta, winger Bukayo Saka will not play against City, while Mikel Merino is also unavailable.

Quote: “Bukayo will not play, that is certain, and Mikel will not play either. We will find a solution no matter what happens. We’ve become used to this during the season. Whatever happens, we will find the right solution,” said the Spanish manager.

Arsenal currently sit top of the table with 70 points after 32 matches, while Manchester City have 64 points from 31 games. City also have a game in hand, making this clash extremely important in the title race.

Reminder: Arsenal faced Sporting in the UEFA Champions League quarter-finals and advanced thanks to a 1-0 away victory. In doing so, they set a new club record.
