It has been revealed when the Super League is planning its launch

The organizers of the European Super League would like to launch the new tournament as soon as possible, but they won't be able to do that before September 2025, according to journalist Arancha Rodríguez from Cadena COPE.

The Super League has not yet reached agreements with all 64 clubs required to start the new format, which was published on December 21 after winning the case against UEFA and FIFA in the European court.

It is worth recalling that after the publication of the new version of the Super League, all six Premier League top clubs, who were co-founders of the project in 2021, announced their withdrawal. Also, Atlético, Inter, Roma, Sevilla, Bayern Munich, PSG, Borussia Dortmund, Valencia, Benfica, Porto, and Fenerbahçe have opted out.

At the moment, Real Madrid and Barcelona are the only clubs confirmed in the project, while Napoli and Lazio have expressed their support. Today, it became known that the Super League has guarantees of investments totaling €15 billion for three years.
