The first match of Orlando Pirates' summer training camp ended in disappointment!
Details: Today, in the English city of Bolton, Orlando Pirates played their first pre-season friendly as part of their summer tour.
Abdeslam Ouaddou's men couldn't overcome the home side from Bolton.
Given that this match was seen as a training test for both teams, we witnessed some intriguing tactical choices, open football, and wholesale changes at halftime, when the entire Pirates starting lineup was replaced for the second half with a completely new eleven.
Bolton clinched victory thanks to goals from Warren in the 38th minute and George Johnston in the 61st minute.
The Pirates' next match is just two days away against Cypriot club Pafos!
