It could be a legendary fight. Mike Tyson wants to meet Anthony Joshua in the ring
Legendary boxer Mike Tyson will soon face 31-year-old YouTuber Jake Paul in a fight, and if he wins, he wants to meet Anthony Joshua in the ring.
In a comment to TMZ, Iron Mike expressed his enthusiasm for facing the British boxer if given the opportunity.
"I am very interested. If it means we can have a bigger charity event, well, let it be so, I am ready for it too. I would love to [fight Joshua]. It would be electrifying," said Tyson.
However, before considering a bout with AJ, Tyson must first defeat Jake Paul, who gained fame on YouTube. As a reminder, the fight will take place this fall on November 15.
Mike Tyson and Jake Paul are set to engage in a boxing match on July 20 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, USA, in the main event of the card, which will be broadcasted on Netflix. It was previously reported that the bout would be sanctioned as professional.
This will be the first fight for "Iron Mike" since 2020 - back then, he squared off against Roy Jones Jr. It was an exhibition match that ended in a draw and was not officially recorded in the boxers' records.
