The postponed match between Nacional and Porto, interrupted due to dense fog, has now been rescheduled.
Details: The Portuguese League match, corresponding to Round 17, was halted by the referee in the 18th minute due to poor visibility caused by thick fog. Despite waiting nearly an hour and a half for conditions to improve, the situation did not change, prompting the decision to postpone the game.
The new date for the continuation of the match has been set.
The game will resume on January 15, starting at 18:00 CET.
Important: This will not be a complete replay from the beginning. Instead, the teams will pick up exactly where they left off, resuming from the second and position on the field where the referee stopped play.
Reminder: A similar incident occurred earlier this season during Nacional’s match against Benfica. On that occasion, heavy fog enveloped the Madeira stadium, allowing just nine minutes of play before the match was called off.
