Controversial Italian forward Mario Balotelli is struggling to find a new club as a free agent, sparking ongoing rumors about a potential return to Serie A.
Details: According to Italian football insider Nicolo Schira, Balotelli’s services have been offered to Genoa as a free agent.
However, it is noted that Genoa's current priority is signing a midfielder after Ruslan Malinovskyi’s injury.
Reminder: Earlier, it was reported that Spanish third-division club Intercity held talks with Balotelli, discussing a two-year contract for the Italian striker.
Previously, Balotelli himself expressed his desire to continue his career in Serie A. According to Balotelli, he refuses overseas offers because he wants to play at home, namely in Italy.
