Details: According to renowned insider Graeme Bailey of TEAMtalk, the future of the French centre-back at the club has been thrown into doubt. The Manchester club's hierarchy are open to selling the player in the summer 2027 transfer window if he cannot secure a regular place in the starting XI throughout the current season.

Manchester United's executives and INEOS' sporting department still believe in the defender's abilities, but they are preparing a major overhaul of the back line next summer. As a result, the club need clear evidence of Yoro's progress before making a definitive long-term commitment to him.

Leny Yoro joined the Red Devils in July 2024, moving from Lille for €62 million. The young Frenchman's current contract runs until June 2029 and includes an option for an automatic one-year extension.
