Is Mbappé included? France announce squad for matches against Brazil and Colombia

The France national team are preparing for the 2026 World Cup and will soon play two friendly matches. Les Bleus’ head coach has named the squad for these fixtures.

Details: The main question was whether Kylian Mbappé would be called up, given that he missed five of the last six matches through injury and only featured for 20 minutes in the most recent game.

As it turns out, Mbappé has indeed been included in the squad for the two friendlies scheduled for next week. France will face Brazil and Colombia.

At the World Cup itself, France will take on Senegal, Norway, and a team that will be determined through qualification.

Reminder: Over the past three weeks, Mbappé has been undergoing a rehabilitation program and working intensively on his recovery. However, doctors stress that any increase in workload must be approached with maximum caution.
