Fans of London's Arsenal are eagerly awaiting transfers from the club. However, it seems the Gunners have decided to craft their transfer strategy their own way.
Details: According to FourFourTwo, citing Brazilian media, the North London club is close to signing Flamengo defender Wesley. He has a release clause of 200 million euros, but Flamengo is willing to negotiate his departure for 35 million euros after the Club World Cup, and Arsenal has 'promised' to initiate talks and make an offer.
Reminder: For the March matches, the defender was included in the Brazil national team squad, marking Wesley's first involvement with the Seleção. This year, he has played five matches in the Carioca Championship, recording one assist. Previously, there were reports of Arsenal's interest in Sporting forward Viktor Gyökeres.
