Inter has decided to extend the contract of their key midfielder, Italian Nicolo Barella.

The player's new contract with the club will run until June 30, 2029. It was previously reported that under the new agreement, Barella will earn 6.5 million euros per year.

To recap, on July 13, 2019, Inter announced the signing of Nicolo Barella on a one-year loan with an obligation to purchase. The player committed to a five-year contract with the club.

Additionally, Inter's head coach Simone Inzaghi is ready to extend his contract with the Milan club until 2027. His salary under the new agreement will be 6.5 million euros per year. The current contract of the coach is valid until the summer of 2025.
