Daniel Dubois pulled off a true sensation in Manchester, capturing the WBO heavyweight world title.

Details: In a dramatic "British brawl" against Fabio Wardley, Dubois showed phenomenal determination, managing to turn the tide after a disastrous start. Just 10 seconds into the opening round, Daniel found himself on the canvas from a glancing shot, and in the third, he was forced to take a knee again under the champion's relentless assault.

Despite suffering two brutal knockdowns, Dubois found the strength to get back into the fight. Using a powerful jab to establish distance, he began systematically breaking Wardley down with thudding right hands. By the later rounds, Daniel's dominance was so overwhelming that many spectators were calling for the bout to be stopped early. The climax came in the 11th round: after another devastating flurry, the referee stepped in and waved it off, awarding Dubois a win by technical knockout.

Promoter Frank Warren called it the best heavyweight fight of his career and confirmed the contract includes a rematch clause.

Reminder: It has been revealed who could be Usyk's next opponent if he defeats Verhoeven.
