In the summer, Liverpool plans to strengthen its attacking line and has found a potential option in the Bundesliga.

As reported by Bild, the Merseyside club is closely monitoring Hoffenheim and Germany national team forward Maximilian Beier. Liverpool is impressed by his progress and versatility to play in any attacking position.

However, Hoffenheim will not rush to sell their player in June. Hoffenheim plans to wait until the conclusion of Euro 2024, where Beier may perform well, thus increasing his value.

Beier is Hoffenheim's top scorer in the current season. With 12 goals in 24 matches, he ranks sixth in the Bundesliga scoring race. Additionally, the 21-year-old forward has contributed 5 assists.

Germany's head coach, Julian Nagelsmann, has called up Beier for previous friendly matches and has also included him in the squad for upcoming games.

Previously, Liverpool bought Brazilian forward Roberto Firmino from Hoffenheim, who eventually became a club legend.
