Iliman Ndiaye and Idrissa Gana Gueye’s legendary celebration during the Everton - Chelsea Premier League match
Ndiaye scores
The Toffees duo sent a clear message on Saturday 21 March during their victory over the Blues at the Hill Dickinson Stadium.
It was a clear signal sent by the two Senegalese internationals during the celebration of Iliman Ndiaye’s magnificent goal, which made it 3-0 to Everton against Chelsea on matchday 31 of the Premier League. After scoring in the 76th minute, Iliman Ndiaye was joined by Idrissa Gana Gueye to celebrate.
They made a gesture showing two fingers and then one to make it clear that Senegal has two stars on its shirt and not just one, in response to the decision by the Confederation of African Football to strip the Lions of Teranga of their African championship title and award it to Morocco.
