Iga Swiatek continued her winning streak at the WTA 1000 tournament in Dubai.
In the quarterfinal match, the Polish player overcame China's Zheng Qinwen (WTA No. 7).

Iga Swiatek (Poland) - Zheng Qinwen (China) - 6:3, 6:2
This marked the 6th encounter between the two players, with the Chinese player failing to secure a victory.
Swiatek will face either Coco Gauff (WTA No. 3) or Anna Kalinskaya (WTA No. 40) in the next round. Earlier, Swiatek defeated Ukrainian Elina Svitolina.
Last year, Swiatek reached the final at the Dubai tournament.
