Iga Swiatek confidently wins his second match at the ATP tournament in Madrid

The Masters series tournament continues in Madrid, with the women currently competing in the Round of 16 matches.

The world number one, Iga Swiatek from Poland, faced Sorana Cirstea from Romania, ranked 30th in the WTA. Swiatek was considered the favorite of the match and convincingly proved it on the court.

In the first set, the Polish player never faced a break point and didn't commit a single double fault. She won two out of three games on her serve and managed to claim all four games on Cirstea's serve. As a result, Swiatek secured the first set with a score of 6-1.

In the second set, the world number one left no chances for her Romanian opponent. She won all four games on her serve and took two out of three games on Cirstea's serve. No double faults and no break points against her ensured Swiatek's victory with a score of 6-1.

It's worth noting that in the Round of 16, Swiatek also confidently defeated the 52nd-ranked player from China, Wang Qiang, with a score of 6-1, 6-4.
