Ibrahima Ba is expected to leave Famalicão this summer
European clubs are keeping a close eye on the Senegalese player
Despite extending his contract until 2030, the Senegalese defender is not expected to continue his career with his Portuguese club.
Ibrahima Ba renewed his contract on 31 March 2026. However, the 20-year-old is set to continue his professional career elsewhere. The young player will leave Famalicão during the summer transfer window, according to transfer specialist journalist Fabrizio Romano.
The decision has been finalised and the Senegal-trained defender is already attracting interest from European clubs. He is being closely monitored by teams from the German Bundesliga, the English Premier League and Liga Portugal. A new adventure is therefore on the horizon for the former AJEL Rufisque player.
