“I want to find my best version”. Nadal shared his expectations from the Olympics

Legendary tennis player Rafael Nadal shared his expectations for the upcoming Olympics in Paris.

"My goal right now is to find my best version to perform well in the competition. The Olympics is the most important event in sports, and representing Spain is something special. I am eagerly looking forward to this week of preparation.

I know that if I play well in singles, I will also play well in doubles, but I will have to work hard. And I am convinced that Carlos will be at a high level, knowing that he will come with confidence," said the 14-time French Open champion.

Nadal will play with Carlos Alcaraz in the doubles event at the 2024 Olympics. The games will take place from July 26 to August 11.

In July, Rafa lost to Portuguese player Nuno Borges in the final of the tournament in Bastad, suffering his fifth defeat of the season on clay courts. This loss marked Nadal's 50th career defeat on his favorite surface.
