Five-time NBA champion Magic Johnson shared his thoughts on the victory of video blogger and boxer Jake Paul over 58-year-old former world champion Mike Tyson.

Details: According to the NBA legend, it was painful to watch “Iron Mike,” and he couldn’t even finish watching the fight.

Quote: “It was just sad. I turned it off because I couldn’t watch anymore. It’s sad to see Mike Tyson like this, as I attended every fight of Iron Mike’s. This fight today wasn’t very good for boxing,” Johnson wrote on his X (formerly Twitter) page.

Reminder: The bout between 58-year-old Tyson and 27-year-old Paul lasted all 8 rounds and ended with the blogger winning by points: 80–72, 79–73, 79–73. The last time Tyson stepped into the ring was in 2005, when he faced Kevin McBride.

Following the fight, Mike Tyson expressed his desire to continue boxing. He remains open to a future return to the ring and even called out Jake Paul's older brother, Logan, for a potential fight.
