The head coach of Manchester City, Pep Guardiola, shared his thoughts ahead of the return match against Real Madrid.

According to the Spanish specialist, they are geared towards victory and are convinced that the game will be of high quality. Additionally, as Pep stated, Real Madrid's head coach Carlo Ancelotti may come up with something and surprise them.

"We must perform better than in the first game; they played well, and we need to adjust our actions. I respect them greatly, but I do not fear them. I praise them because I genuinely think so. You may not believe me. If I talk about the grass at the end of the day, it's their problem, but if they consider it normal, then it's normal," said the City coach.

He also added that if Real Madrid wins, as they have done multiple times before, Guardiola will congratulate them and wish them success in the future.

The return match between Manchester City and Real Madrid will take place on Wednesday, April 17, at the Etihad Stadium. The first game ended in a thrilling draw of 3-3. Additionally, Dailysports has prepared information for you on where and when to watch this game.
