Details: In an emotional Instagram post, he admitted that doctors have given him very little time and that he is literally fighting for his life right now. According to Musonda, the past two years have been especially tough, and recovering his health has proven extremely difficult.
“Realizing that I only have a few days left, I understand how many people have been by my side. My health is critical, and now I’m fighting for survival. The support and prayers are incredibly important to me and my family,” wrote the former player, also explaining his long absence from social media.
It’s worth noting that Musonda ended his professional career in 2020. Over the years, he played for Anderlecht, Chelsea (without making a first-team appearance), Mechelen, Spanish sides Llagostera and Palamós, as well as TP Mazembe from DR Congo.
