"I love you." Arturo Vidal delivers emotional Mother's Day message to his mom

Colo-Colo star Arturo Vidal shared a touching personal photo with his mother and delivered an emotional Mother's Day greeting. The footballer posted the heartfelt image in his Instagram story.

Vidal published a photo with his mom, in which he’s kissing her on the cheek, accompanied by a deeply heartfelt caption.

"Happy Mother's Day! I love you. With you by my side, I will never stop fighting, no matter how tough things get, I will become stronger... From you, I learned that giving up will never be an option..," wrote Vidal.

It's worth noting that Arturo Vidal's mother, Jacqueline Pardo, worked as a housekeeper when Arturo was young. Back then, their family lived in rather modest conditions, but despite all the hardships, Vidal managed to break through to the country’s top club, Colo-Colo, and later moved to Europe. There, Arturo played for such elite clubs as Bayern Munich, Juventus, Barcelona, and Inter Milan.

Now, Vidal has returned to his home club, Colo-Colo, where he has been playing since January 2024. Although the Chilean team has struggled this season, they were crowned national champions last year.
