"I love this": Ronaldo posts a photo with the Nations League trophy

Cristiano Ronaldo can’t hide his joy after yet another triumph with his national team. The football star shared a photo of the Nations League trophy on his Instagram.
To leave no doubt about just how delighted Cristiano is with this victory, he captioned the photo with a short, decisive phrase: “Love it,” adding heart emojis.
It’s worth noting that this is the third trophy in Portugal’s history—and all of them have been won with Cristiano Ronaldo in the squad. The Portuguese captured Euro 2016 and have now lifted the Nations League trophy twice—first in 2019 and again in 2025.
This season, the trophy was secured in a penalty shootout against Portugal’s neighbors, Spain. It was Cristiano Ronaldo who scored the goal that tied the match at 2-2, keeping his team’s hopes alive.
By the way, after the match Ronaldo announced that he would sign a new contract and remain with Al-Nassr. This comes after a flurry of rumors suggesting the Portuguese star could leave Saudi Arabia, which Cristiano himself fueled earlier with a cryptic post about “the end of another chapter.”
