Xavi spent several years working with Barcelona, but took the last season off from football. Now, it's been revealed when the Spaniard plans to return to the profession.
Details: In an interview with The Athletic, Xavi Hernández said that he is in no rush and would like to find a worthy project.
Quote: "I'm not in a hurry, but I'd like to have a good project. For example, 'You have four years to work and implement your ideas.' I would like to coach in the Premier League; I really like the local passion. In Spain, there is too much focus on results," Xavi said.
Xavi managed Barcelona from November 2021 to June 2024. During his tenure, the team won La Liga and the Spanish Super Cup under his leadership.
Reminder: Former Barcelona boss Xavi Hernández could take charge of Saudi side Al Hilal, replacing Jorge Jesus as head coach.
